Alice,

Allow me to put in my 2 cents worth on SailCare.  I've used them twice and
have been very happy with the results.  They can only work with what you
send them, but in both cases, I was amazed at the quality of the returned
product.  I've used the local "sail lady" a couple of times out of
convenience and trust me, it is worth the wait and the expense of UPS or
FedEx, take your pick, to send your sails out for repair.
