[Rhodes22-list] Remote Controls for the Tohatsu

Elle,
I saw the pictures and thank you for sending them! I know Bill is digesting them also. A few questions - did you order your engine as a remote installation, or did it come as a normal rig and then get converted with the remote attachment brackets, etc? It looks like a healthy bend in the cables - are they teleflex, or what brand did he use? Have you noticed any binding in the cable which could hinder use of the controls?
What Control Box (lever arms, etc.) did you choose?
What time was required for the installation? Did this time include the conversion installation on the motor?
All said, I am really pleased with my choice of the Tohatsu.
