My usual response on your comments on issues like this - I couldn't 
agree more.

One of the contributors to the problem that I see is this - MOST of the 
"can do" people left. Most of the "do it for me"  people hung around. 
They're still waiting for the "can do" people to do for them, without 
realizing that instead of the usual 40% that do and 60% that have done, 
they've got 10, maybe 5% that do, and 90-95% that have done. I think 
they'll  be waiting around for a long time...
