You're making me rethink Global Warming with this Vikings in Greenland
thing.

Scientists will be the first to admit that their predictions are often
flawed, but they have a better track record of explaining the
unexplained than others, who might base their ideas more on religion and
politics than facts.  I assumed that the majority of the scientific
community believed in Global Warming, but if you Google the Greenland
Vikings (sounds like a football team) you won't find much to support the
theory.  Here's the only one out of the first twenty hits:

Scientists can't prove if Hell exists, but I for one am not taking any
chances.  So regarding Global Warming, I'm still looking at real estate
in North Dakota.

Just go back and reread all my post referencing Global Warming over the

year.  Captain Rummy has yet to tell me how the Vikings caused the ice
covering their farms in Greenland after 1000 A. D.  Yes the ice is
melting
today, yes it is getting a little warmer, but is this the first time???

Gore gets a prize from the lefty media, but his portrayals are just not
accurate.  Yes the carbon is building up in the atmosphere, but should
the
USA alone return its standard of living to that of the middle ages or
earlier?  

Stop and get more facts and more accurate data.  Find real alternatives
to
fossel fuels that are better.  As Captain Haslett has pointed out, the
cost
of the ethenol fuels, exceeds their benfits.  I will not accept Gore's
arrogant and shallow analysis as the truth.  

Capitalism has bettered mankind.  It has made possible a better standard
of
living for more than any socialist system.  If you believe that
socialism is
the best alternative for mankind, go spend a few weeks in the former
Soviet
Union. John Edwards is a socialist bent on destruction of America.
