[Rhodes22-list] Barge in ice

CG notice to mariners for Chesapeake Bay reports a 290' barge in ice in the Tolchester shipping Channel in the upper Bay. (Eastern shore..across from the Patuxent River-- Baltimore.) Ice report tells of extensive icing up there & also in Potomac & Anacostia Rivers in DC.
