[Rhodes22-list] How To Adjust Boat On Trailer On Highway

Rob,

Keep a bottle jack in your tow vehicle.

To adjust the boat, put a piece of wood under the bottle jack, under the
keel. Put a piece of wood between the bottle jack and the keel.

Jack up the boat slightly to get the full weight off the bunks.

Move the trailer to the desired location while the boat remains
stationary, supported by the jack.

Lower the boat back onto the trailer.

Repeat until you get the boat just where you want it.
