I don't think anyone has responded to your query, let me give it a  shot.  
First, know that I don't trailer and I don't have a trailer.
 
The Rhodes 22 is nominally 22' long.  That's significantly longer than  the 
15' keel boat your are focused on and it likely weighs significantly  more than 
the boat you are focused on.  Rhodes22 trailers may not  be of interest to 
you.  I recommend you check sail boards that include 15'  boats, notably the 
Montgomery board (_www.msog.org_ (http://www.msog.org) ) and I think there are 
several  Potter boards, see _potter at yahoogroups.com_ 
(mailto:potter at yahoogroups.com) .   Montgomery and Potter both make and sell 15' boats.  Also, trailers 
are  discussed at _www.trailersailor.com_ (http://www.trailersailor.com) .  I 
recall  seeing trailers for 16' keel boats discussed in the trailersailor 
forums on the  Newport board, but there may be other discussion elsewhere.
