Art,
There might be a market for another 27 footer.
There aren't too many being built these days.
There are several production fin keel models.
They aren't trailerable as I presume this one
will be. The only trailerable one I can think of
is the NorSea and that's a full keel boat that is
really only transportable I doubt you could ramp
launch it easily. The Hunters and whatever in
this size range are pretty short on amenities.
Beneteaus and Dehlers have the amenities but they
also have diesel engines and are not trailerable.
The SunYacht Flyer is a 27 foot almost
trailerable (shallow draft centerboard but with a
9 ft. beam) from Poland was supposed to be
marketed here but I haven't heard much about them
recently and I can't get to their website at the
moment. Closest competition might be Gozzard.
