It is common knowledge that there are by far more personal computers using  
Microsoft operating systems than Apple computers. The reason the people that  
develop and deploy Virus's and other bad things go after PC's is because there  
are more of them and they will gain more notoriety than by infecting an  
Apple machine. More business machines use Microsoft software. Then there are the  
government, schools and military and the list goes on and on. If you want to  
make a big bang as a virus writer, you go after the big guys.
