Dan,
General Boats will not be at the show as it's a poorly run, every
other year event. Sailing the boat in NC would be a nice start if
you're real antsy. Otherwise, you could join our merry band of Zen
sailors as there are at least a half dozen stored R-22's we could
visit and have some access to. We have over a dozen owners in the
area as it's an ideal sloop for our unique conditions of high winds
and thin water.
Your quickly come up to speed once you press one in the flesh.
