[Rhodes22-list] Bill's Bahamas Adventure -- Day 7

I was there the last week of May and the first week of June.  The best case
scenario is to get there before the heat and doldrums of mid-summer, but
after all the northers have passed.  There is an excellent cruising guide
for Bimini that has tables that show the probability of getting wind out of
the northern quadrant each month of the year and how high the winds are. 
The reason, of course, is to plan the Gulf Stream crossing.  You can get
similar data off the internet as well.

There is really no bad time to go, just different weather patterns.  It's
just that if you decide to go when more fronts can pass, then you have to
allow extra time to wait for weather windows.
