Dave,

Check these folks out.  This is where I got my basic keelboat and coastal
cruising certification a few years ago.  Captain Booker is a liberal's
liberal. I threatened to throw him overboard a few times but didn't in the
interest of getting certified.  He's a really nice fellow and there is a
good sailing club for beers nearby.
