Rob,
Yes, but, as I recall, Roger's topping lift was meant mostly for use
with his spinnaker pole. Spinnaker poles are usually much bigger and
heavier. a topping lift for the forespar 6-12 is kinda overkill unless
you really are that worried about getting everything adjusted exactly to
the knats hair.
