[Rhodes22-list] Rory - Restricted Areas?

Rory,
 
You sail out of Tilghman, right?  Do you know anything regarding  sailing 
through or in the restricted and prohibited areas across the Bay from  Tilghman?  
I don’t know what the sailing restrictions are for restricted  areas B and C, 
I assume Prohibited (area A) means prohibited - even in  government-speak.  
Any thoughts or information?
