Our sailing club has used them in the past. I never personally attended, but know several from our club that did (since I'm on the board). The overall opinion seems to be - expensive, but well presented and good detail.

All,
  I stumbled across the North U website: www.northu.com which offers 
sailing/racing seminars.  
Anyone ever take any of their courses or have any opinions on their classes?
