[Rhodes22-list] new motor mount

JB,
one thought would be to have some sort of cushion at the bottom.
When my mount is well oiled, the motor drops at near ballistic speeds.
I have always thought it was going to break when it slammed down to the
bottom.
I bet yours will drop very quickly too. Just a thought.
