Mary Lou,
Sorry to inform you that you nailed it!  Stan will be looking forward to 
your help, I'm sure. The pic is an aerial view of Punta Gorda and the body 
of water is Charlotte Harbor.  Should be about 110 degrees down there with 
80% humidity.  Anyone know the best small air conditioner for the R-22?
