  The covered wagon approach is already in use as a winter cover for a Rhodes
  22 by a northern member of this list.

  The parts for this project are one cheap tarp, flexible tent poles and
  cloths pins (albeit a modern version in plastic).  There is simply too much
  brain power on this topic.  Now if you guys will solve the more strenuous
  issues...

  Figure out how to levitate the tarp without the tent poles or center pole?
