[Rhodes22-list] AQ a Terror Threat?

Luis,

Last post today, I promise!  My daughter will be home soon from summer
school in a few minutes and I have to prepare for tomorrow's trip.

If only your assessment was correct.  We had the same attitude about the
Japanese vs. the Chinese during the 30's.  We were preoccupied with the
Great Depression and were the 16th rated power in the world.  It was just a
"slant-eyed thing against other slant-eyes", right?  Then it spilled on to
our soil.  And we had the exclamation of "Peace in Our Time" on the European
continent. History does indeed repeat itself.  Are we made of the same
stuff?
