Dateline:  Edenton, N.c. - Manufacturer General Boats of Edenton, N.C.,
recently earned the NMMA Certified designation.  The company, which has been
building and restoring the Rhodes 22 crusing trailer sailor for more than
three decades, is owned by Stan and Rose Spitzer.

Does this above news release mean that Rose has sold Stan part interest in
General Boats?  I recall being told that Rose owned the company and was
President.  Humm...
