[Rhodes22-list] Downhaul rigging revisited

I would best describe it as a bracket with ears top and bottom.. A pin slips
through the top ear.. then through the hole in the pipe you are seeing on
the rudder assembly and then passes through the bottom ear of the bracket..
creating a swivel point.
