The admiral and I just returned from a week in Russia.  Finding that warmish
straight vodka doesn't go down as esily for me as straight rum, I ordered a Cuban
brand, since I couldn't get it at home.  I'm going to go on record as saying
Havana Club is just about as good as Mt. Gay.  (I had the "Reserve").  We managed
to find a bar that actually had ice behind the counter, and I found it quite
delicious.

I brought a bottle home, so if any of you find yourself coming through Louisiana
soon, let me know and we'll break it out.

Or, I might just drink it all myself this weekend.  That's always a possibility.

The admiral stuck with vodka, but would quickly and steathily dump it into her
Perrier when no Russians were looking.
