[Rhodes22-list] Cleaning Sails

Alex,
   how dirty are your sails?  And what are you trying to remove?
I would start by laying the sail out in the backyard, and try cleaning
it with a mild solution of laundry detergent and a sponge. 
$500 is a lot to spend, especially if you don't really need to.
