[Rhodes22-list] Self tailing winches - revisited

Our ex-resident engineer/Rhodie Roger Pilhara has Anderson 12ST
self-tailing winches on his Rhodes 22.  He expressed his satisfaction
with these winches, especially in heavy winds and extreme conditions. 
Harkesn has similar sized winches......14ST I believe.  The Andersons are
probably slightly more expensive than the Harkens, but you are still
looking at about $450 - $500 per winch new.
