[Rhodes22-list] Kansas City

OK, fundamental question --- which is better:  Beef or Pork BBQ?
(No ribs, just simply straight up chopped-beef sandwich vs. a 
pulled-pork sandwich.)
Once we figure that out, then can determine what sauce is the best!
