     You are the new guy in the boat yard.  You are doing yourself and
others a disservice by not specifically inviting Will and Russ.  They will
not jump in because they currently do not have access to a Rhodes 22.  They
are important in this community.  I encourage you to be courteous and aspire
to achieve the greatest fellowship possible.
