[Rhodes22-list] Registration numbers on a Red boat

Yes, the VA regs are very specific. Neatly spelled out
in the info sent with the regis. number. No chance to
misinterpret. Darn.

Hopefully I'll hear back from Rik soon & we'll get the
name completed....
