Elle,

Good one!  I got joke e-mail a while back along the same lines.  A
neighborhood association made up hats for an internal security committee -
"Internal Neighborhood Security".  They shortened it to INS for the hats.
Worked!  I think what Fred Thompson said in his speech on Friday is correct,
we are a forgiving and accepting nation.  But, enough is enough!
