That is a big complaint in the DC area also ... people
claim the time a light is yellow was reduced by 50%. It's
a non moving violation in Mayland also ... $90.00 and no
points to the OWNER (our deleivery driver got one). You ARE
allowed to go to court, but then they know who was driving,
and the fine could increase :-) Gee it sounds like a
revenue generator to me!
What was that line from the TV show "The Hill"?
