[Rhodes22-list] genoa foil

   My recycled 88 appears to have a twist or bend in the genoa foil about 2 feet down from the top that is binding against the genoa inserted into the foil and not permitting my raising or lowering the genoa.   Anyone else experienced this situation and have any suggestions on repair?    I've searched the archives and found no history of discussion although the strings are sometimes misleading.
