I am not familiar with 'RTV Blue'.  Is it the stuff sold at autoparts
stores?

In the last couple of years, flexible epoxies have come out.  Is that what
'RTV Blue' is?

When I get a chance I will go thru my epoxie notes to see if I have a
source.  However, I switched to Rummy's roofing cement on the boats for a
good sealant.  

When I was in Charleston a few weeks ago, I accidentially found the home of
'BoatLife'.  You might check that company's products because 'Boatlife' is
just one of their marine products.  They are into sealants of all kinds.
