[Rhodes22-list] Speaking of Winter - Heating Question

Rummy,

I could always offer to pay the electric bill.  Buying propane is a PITA
regardless of price.  Hauling kerosene won't be a picnic either.  I'm just
wondering what gives the most bang for the buck.
