Rummy:   Not Texas..........except for occasional visits.......we 
are, however, in the process of trying to buy a home in the Hudson 
area.  (I know.......Snow & all-----but we aren't at the 'retiring' 
stage yet)       At the rate we've been rained upon lately, the good 
Lord must think we are in Texas!         Mary
