Is there a way to interpolate the NC-PHRF rating into a Portsmouth rating?

Rex,
To the best of my knowledge R22 has not been rated by USSA for a Portsmouth
number. http://www.ussailing.org/portsmouth/ It's too bad we do not have a
class association for the R22 to promote this type of activity. FWIW my
boat Raven is rated by NC-PHRF at 267.

Has anyone participated with the Rhodes22 in events using the Portsmouth
rating system and, if so, has is it rated in the four wind classifications?
