[Rhodes22-list] Reply to Hank about rub rail leak

Ed,

Rain water won't come in because the deck is a cap over the hull.  Only
water coming up from the underside can come in.  She ain't coming out of the
water anytime soon.  Any repair has to be done in the water or we will just
live with it for now.
