John,

The President has the power and the votes to keep the present course.  Tell
the other boys and girls to pin their plans down on a specific date.  Who do
we blame for still being in Germany in 2007, Korea in 07' , Kosovo in 07',
Iraq in 2015?  This is a long haul!
