[Rhodes22-list] Used Rhodes from Stan Spitzer

Hello,

 

Does anyone have recent experience with buying a used, not necessarily 

a "recycled" Rhodes 22, from the factory?

 

I'm considering a purchase and given the limited opportunities to sail here
in central Ohio, 

I thought this would be a cost efficient option.
