[Rhodes22-list] Attach pully to spreader arm ??

[Tootle]

A single long wire-tie last several seasons and works for intended
application.  Works fine a foot or so away from the mast so that it does not
get involved with lines going next to mast.  

What ever happen to those newbies and lookers?  
We had a Chet? a Mike Cheung?  a Carl Weinberger?  Have the wasp chased them
all away?
