Actually, that info is no longer valid.  Since moving the list, the 
case of file extensions is no longer an issue.  The main reasons for 
images not coming thru to the list are:

#3 - Using an attachment type not supported by the list (e.g. MS Excel).

#2 - Going over the 3.5Mb total size limit for the e-mail.

#1 - Forgetting to attach the file before hitting send.
