[Rhodes22-list] Is there anyone out there who can help mewith my Yahmaha 9.9 4 stroke

Alice,

Pull the bowl off the bottom of the carburetor and dump the gunk/water out,
re-assemble and try again.  See if you can keep it running with with small
and timely sprays of starter fluid.  The odds are 90% that it is a fuel
problem.  Of those, there's a 50% chance the problem is in your carburetor
bowl.  If that doesn't work, we'll look at the other 45% of possible causes.
