Hey Rik,
This is what Alice had to say a few days ago,
"My throttle will not go all the way in neutral, either. Only half way and
I thought that was normal as that's all it did in forward .... until a few
days ago when it went all the way in forward!!????"
Stuck choke or a stuck butterfly valve?
