Ed,

Sunny's is relatively nearby.  To quote Steven Wright, "Everything is within
walking distance if you have enough time."

I like cheap but I like easy even better.  I would like something functional
that is easy to furl, fly, and unfurl when singlehandling.  It could be
inexperience, but I've seen a lot of crews have a difficult time handling
their spinnakers.
