Thanks, Brad,

That's exactly the model I've been looking for at the price I've been 
looking for. 

I ordered one, and if they are as comfortable as advertised, it will 
become my new "every day" PFD.

I understand "PFD" is going the way of "SNAFU" and will be replaced by 
words.
