As prime movers in setting up and maintaining
this list, you enjoy positions of authority
and respect.

Is it possible that you might put a hand on
the tiller and steer this list back toward
the rhumb line?

Else, I fear that it may founder for lack of
a helmsman.  Self restraint does not always
work, as we have found in other arenas.

I must admit some complicity in degrading the
quality of communications on this list, as I
have occasionally insulted some members.

To avoid making any further negative
contributions to Stan's heretofore valuable
sales aid, I am gone.
