No one needs to see any email from this list they don't want to see.
Everyone's email program has a filtering mechanism that will take
selected email out of the InBox and deposit it into the Trash folder, or
any other designated folder.

Here's how to do it using Outlook Express:

Click on Tools//Message Rules//Mail

A window opens up "New Mail Rule" on top -- 4 numbered panels below.

Panel 1 -- Select the conditions for your rule:

Scroll Down Menu with Check Boxes:

Let's Pick "Where the Subject Line Contains Specific Words"

As soon as you click on the check box, a blue underlined link appears in
Panel 3--"Rule Description" "Where the Subject Line Contains Specific
Words" ("Contains Specific Words" is the blue underlined link.)

Don't jump down to Panel 3 until you deal with Panel 2. You could, but
you might forget to deal with Panel 2.

Panel 2 -- Select the Actions for Your Rule:

Another scroll down Menu.

Let's check the box that says "Move it to the Specified Folder:"

Jumpin Jehosaphat!!!

"Move it to the Specified Folder" popped into Panel 3 just below the
previous rule description! with the word "Specified" a blue underlined link.

NOW go to panel 3. Click on "Contains Specific Words". A box pops up.
In the top box which is headed "Type specific words or a phrase, and
click Add" type "Politics:" (No quotation marks) Then press the "Add"
button which won't light up until you type something into the top box.

"Politics:" or whatever you type disappears from the Add box, and pops
up in the box below headed "Words". Right above "Politics:", inside the
box is the Phrase "Where the Subject Line Contains" (which has been
there ever since this particular box first popped up.) To the right of
the box an "Options" key lit up at the same time that you pressed the
"Add" key above.

Click on "Options". Another Box pops up. Click on "Message Contains
the Words Below" (Not surprisingly, the words below, in this case are
"Politics:") Then press OK. The box disappears. The previous box is
displayed. Press OK.

That box disappears and you have now defined the words that trigger this
rule, now you click on the other link, "Specified".

A box pops up showing sub-folders of your email storage destinations.
There is a box on the left that says "New Folder". Click on it. A box
opens in which you can type the new folder name. Type "Politics".
Click on OK. A new sub-folder is created with the name "Politics".

Click on OK in the Folder Diagram box.

The 4 Panel Screen pops up again.

In Panel 4 write the name of this rule: "Put Politics: in R-22 Politics
Folder".

That's all there is to it. You can read em, trash em, or forget em.
Every Politics: will go directly to this folder, and you won't ever see
any of them unless you want to see them. You can modify the rule at any
time, for any reason.

All of your rules will pop up in the first box after you go to
Tools//Message Rules//Mail.

All modern email programs work essentially the same way. Set up as many
rules as you need to keep your email manageable.
