Lee,

Convection will take care of the problem.  I assume you have electricity or
we wouldn't be having this discussion.  You don't have to keep the boat
toasty warm, just above freezing.  The drains may very well freeze on the
outside.  As long as the ice as somewhere to go other than expanding and
breaking lines, you'll be fine.  Have faith man!
