Stan told me this is the place to go for advice, and I'm not disappointed! 
I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all better in the future (yeah, I'm
a Yankee, but i've spent most of my adult life in the south).

As for PFDs, maybe I'll buy the 2 adult and 2 kid automatic inflatibles, and
a few type IIs for the guests . . .

I guess I'll go for the Garmin 545S after all.

Please keep any/all advice coming . . . this is my first boat and I
appreciate any help I can get!!
