I have a Nicro Day/Night solar vent

It uses a "C" size NiCd battery.  When the old one died, I bought a new one
from Radio Shack.

   Does anyone know what the rechargeable batter is that runs the fan
   mounted on the bow deck?  I don't know if GB has tried several fans
   there -- hopefully not.  It's standard issue from the late 90s.
   I pulled the battery out to replace it, then immediately dropped it
   overboard.
