You are in luck on your inquiry because several others have already done
within the last year what you plan.  

Ask Captain Michael W (we have at least three Michaels) how to search the
archives for all those adventures.  A great deal of information is contained
therein...

Ask Micheal M how to sail with kids.  He used to sail with three daughters. 
Bob Keller also sails with multiple daughters.
