Slim,
Be a patriot first, then a partisan. Like Judge Jane C. Franks said in a criminal trial once when the prosecutor tried to disallow a witness (I was the criminal) "I want to hear what everyone has to say"!
The Windy City Savior knows how to organize a rock concert, let's hear his plan for leadership other than "Hope and Change". Who doesn't want Hope and everyone wants Change but the incumbent. Let's look at his accomplishments as a "community organizer". We should give recognition to his achievements as a legislator in both the Illinois and US Senate. Let's give credit where credit is due and look at his friends and associates that's he's know for over twenty years who he still sticks with through thick and thin (besides his wife and children).
Hillary and McCain would have been a wonderful match-up - I dislike both of them. The Republicans have morphed into the 'gang who can't shoot straight' and the Dem's have developed deadly aim - straight at their feet! This will be a fun season.
I did say the O'bamboozler was toast and I plan to invest plenty-o-money in 527s to get the message out. If you want to vote against the incumbents, vote for whoever runs for Congress from the GOP (they'll get their asses kicked either way - this year). Frankly, I think choosing a party is the least intelligent method of choosing the best candidates.
This may be the 'funnest' election ever!
Brad
